In response to COVID-related gym closures, we have created two independent leaderboards: ‘with equipment’ (which includes Rx’d, Scaled, and Foundations) and ‘equipment free’ (Equipment Free). To optimize your overall ranking, and be eligible to advance, we recommend that you pick one of the two leaderboards and stick with it for the duration of the Open. But if you need to mix, you can.
The “with equipment” path requires access to a jump rope, plyo box, barbell and plates, dumbbells, and a pull-up bar.
Equipment (Rx’d athletes)
- (1) dumbbell (women: 35 lb., men: 50 lb.)
- (1) barbell (women: 35 lb., men: 45 lb.)
- Barbell plates and collars
- (1) jump rope
- (1) pull-up bar
- (1) box with at least a 15” x 15” surface (women: 20”, men: 24”)
- Wall space
Performed at affiliate
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, CrossFit members can perform the workouts at home and submit their scores as “performed at affiliate.” A judge is still required. An in-person judge is strongly recommended, however, athletes can also be judged by someone virtually. Filming the performance is not required. These relaxed rules do not apply to competitive athletes.
To advance in the CrossFit Games season, you must complete all the workouts as Rx’d in the presence of a registered judge. Top athletes should film the performance for video verification.
Email firstname.lastname@example.org before the deadline with your name and all the information collected on this page (score, workout type, affiliate, and judge name or video URL).
Scores display on the leaderboard once they are validated by the affiliate.
