Late scores will not be accepted under any circumstances. But what if you are having issues submitting your score? Here is the correct protocol to follow in order to get help from Games Support.
Any emails received after the deadline will not be considered — even if your dog ate your scorecard, or your roommate's cousin's favorite aunt is in the hospital, or you simply forgot and "can't you make an exception just for me?" No.
Provide all necessary score information.
Athlete Name
Email address:
Score (reps, time, tiebreak, etc)
Version (Rx'd, Scaled, or Foundations)
Affiliate:
Your judge's full name
Video URL
Pro tip: WRITING IN ALL CAPS or using excessive exclamation points will not speed up the process. Nor will sending more than one email about the same thing. All you succeed in doing by resending your request is resetting your place in the queue. We will honor all emails received before the deadline. Patience, young grasshopper.
You can confirm your score has been successfully submitted by seeing that it appears in your Score Submission History. If you do not see your score on that page, it is not in our system, and you need to try again.
If your score says "pending" that just means that it needs to be validated by the Affiliate Manager. If you saw your pending score on the Leaderboard prior to the Wednesday validation deadline, but don't see it now, your score is NOT deleted or gone. It is simply still pending and no longer visible on the Leaderboard. This year, pending scores were visible on the Leaderboard for the first time. After the Wednesday validation deadline all unvalidated scores (pending scores) are no longer visible on the Leaderboard. This will happen for Week 2 scores and Week 3 scores so please understand nothing is wrong.
Games Support will help your Affiliate Manager validate any and all scores that were submitted before the Monday score submission deadline. However, writing multiple emails or having your coach write in on your behalf will not get your score validated faster.
