What and where is will call?

Will call is how we denote the place (typically a ticket window or office) where items that have been paid for in advance can be picked up. This place is normally near the entrance to the venue. In Madison, will call will be located at the North entrance of the Exhibition Hall, kitty-corner to the blue number 1 in the picture below.

Normal AEC box office hours: Monday - Friday 10AM - 5PM CT

Monday, July 30 & Tuesday, July 31 will call will be open from: 09:00AM- 5:00PM CT.   

Beginning Wednesday, August 1, the box office will open from 7:00 AM until 2 hours before the close of the competition on each day.
