The site will not accept my credit or debit card. What do I do?

Make sure that you entered your credit card information correctly. Often times, people get the credit card error when they have missed a required field, such as the CVV, or mistyped the credit card number. The CVV is the three-digit number on the back of Visa, MasterCard, and Discover branded cards or the four-digit number on the upper right-hand side of American Express cards. 

Another common issue is the card has expired. Please check your expiration date to see if that is the problem. 

Other troubleshooting tips:

  • Clear your browser's cache
  • Use a different browser (Firefox, Chrome, Safari)
  • Use a different device (laptop, tablet, smart phone)
  • Try logging out and logging back in 

If you are still having trouble, we recommend you contact your credit card company. 


The website says that a duplicate transaction has occurred.

Step 1: Check your bank statement to see if your card was charged twice. 

Step 2 (Double Charge): If the card has been charged twice (or more) contact us at support@crossfitgames.com and we will fix it. 

Step 2 (Single Charge): If your card has not been charged, but you find yourself stuck on a page stating that there has been a duplicate transaction, try:

  • Clearing your browser cache.
  • Logging out and logging back in. 
  • Using a different browser. (For example, FireFox, Chrome, Safari, Internet Explorer.)

You may be seeing this error message because the website has cached it. By clearing your browser's cache, the error message should disappear. If this doesn't work, try the other two suggestions.
